poor service

i thought I would receive special treatment but the rude staff nearly ruined my stay. after waiting an eternity during check-in, I also asked for a late checkout, only to be met with absolute rudeness. for nearly $800 I expected at least a complimentary gesture, but apparently that’s too much to ask for here.
